Shipping charge – Shipping rates vary based on size and weight of product ordered and delivery distance to customer. All orders ship from Oak Ridge or Knoxville, TN.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX
All in-stock and custom orders, once completed will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received. In the case that we are out of the office for a period of time, shipping will occur within 2 business days of our return.
Return policy – The item must be returned within 15 days of purchase. If the return is for any reason other than defective merchandise or incorrect item sent, there will be no refund of shipping and no shipping allowance for the return. Please return the item in the exact same condition that it was received. Items that are mailed, but not received will not be refunded. It is strongly suggested that your package has a tracking number.
For a commissioned work, a nonrefundable deposit of half of the quoted price is due in advance and the remaining half plus shipping is due upon notification of the completion of the work.
If you received a defective item or the wrong item, we will be happy to correct the error and send a replacement. If you do not want a replacement, we will send you a prepaid mailing label to cover the cost of returning the item.
